Growing up on the corner of W. Division & S. Pine, Ombrello Store has been a Norman Rockwell, America story, in memory and on my mind now. Beatrice not only sold me scoops of ice cream and bars of candy, but most importantly, she did so with kindness and always with a smile. May she now be in God's kindness and love (smile).
