Lawrence J. DeJuliannie, 55, of N. Pine St., Gwinn, died Wednesday morning, August 12, 2015 at UP Health System Marquette.
Lawrence was born September 12, 1959 in Marquette to Joseph V. and Marian S. (Fralick) DeJuliannie and attended Gwinn Schools. He then attended Northern Michigan University’s Jacobetti Center where he earned his welding certification. Lawrence was employed as a welder in numerous locations; Florida, Rhode Island, and most recently in the shipbuilding yard for the Marinette Marine Corporation.
In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his children; taking his daughter fishing; being outdoors, hunting and gardening; and working on automobiles.
Surviving are his daughter, Laurie DeJuliannie of Cibolo, TX; son, Mitchell Mason of Austin, TX; mother, Marian (Robert) Stillman of Cibolo, TX; brother, Joseph (Katherine) DeJuliannie of Sharksburg, GA; sister, Laurie Schlumpf of Gwinn; a special friend and caregiver, Geri Ann Bialkowski; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Terrance DeJuliannie.
Honoring Lawrence’s wishes, private graveside services will be held in the Gwinn Cemetery. His memorial page may be viewed at koskeyfuneralhome.com, where memories and condolences may be shared.
