Amy Marie Ward, 47, of Palmer, passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 27, 2022 at her home.
Amy was born April 20, 1975 in Marquette to Donald and Mary (Robert) Ward and graduated from Marquette Senior High School, Class of 1993. She worked as a supervisor and manager for ACN, a North American multi-level marketing and telecommunications company, for 10 years until having to retire due to health reasons.
Amy had a heart of gold, she was kind and gracious towards others and had a great sense of humor. She was a proud supporter of the LGBTQ community. She enjoyed baking, was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and Michigan Wolverines, and loved spending time with her family, friends and fur babies.
Surviving are her sister, Heather (Richard) Milliner of Marquette; brother, Donald Ward of Marquette; special companion: Dawn Fraley and her daughter Roneiya; three nephews: Alex King and his son EJ Rebel King, Andrew Vito Valenti and Phillip Turner; and her fur baby, Chloe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her dog, Yogi.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 PM on Friday, June 9th at Holy Cross Cemetery, Marquette.
