Most importantly, he was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife, Karen (Revord) Maino; son, Bart Maino of Minnesota; daughter, Tricia (Mark) Anderson of Negaunee; four grandchildren: Trevor and Andrew (Rachael) Maino, and Jacob (Samantha) and Peyton (Kaitlyn Judd) Anderson; great-grandson, Bash Anderson; three brothers: James of Arizona, Joseph (Jean) of Negaunee and John (Julie) of Green Bay; three sisters: Beverly Denofre of Milwaukee, Rosemarie (Terry) Sayen of Green Bay, and Clarice (Martin) Ghiardi of Gwinn; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Vince Maino on July 27, 2021; his sister-in-law, Jackie Maino; and his brother-in-law and hunting buddy, Jack Denofre.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, October, 21st at St. Paul Catholic Church, Negaunee, with Rev. Christian Flagstadt officiating. Interment in the Negaunee Cemetery will be held immediately following Mass. The family will greet relatives and friends for one hour prior to Mass at the church on Friday, and will also host a luncheon at the Negaunee Elks Lodge immediately following graveside services.
