Obituary for MARK ALAN STARRINE
Mark Alan Starrine, 45, of S. Pine St., Ishpeming, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at his home.
Mark was born August 17, 1976 in Flint to Michael and Donna (Jandreau) Starrine, Sr., and graduated from Ishpeming High School, Class of 1994. He served honorably in the United States Army. Mark worked primarily as a laborer for local contractors, most recently with Moyle Trucking and Excavating
In his spare time, he enjoyed playing cribbage, bowling, shooting pool, playing video games and was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers. He recently gained interest in RC Cars.
Surviving are his father, Michael Starrine of Negaunee; his son, Michael Zachary Olin of Ishpeming; his brother, Tim (Stephanie Perry) Starrine of Ishpeming; his sister, Veronica Starrine of Ishpeming; his nieces: Crystal, Brooke, Melanie and Kaylee; his nephew, T.J.; great-nephew, Roy; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother; Donna Fay Eliassen; his brother, Michael Larry Starrine, Jr.; and grandparents: Donald and Dolly Hebert and Fernley and Emily Kent.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 18th at Koskey Funeral Home, with Rev. Steven Solberg, Pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Negaunee, officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends from 11:00 AM until the start of services at 1:00 PM at the funeral home on Monday, and also at a luncheon immediately following services at the Negaunee Eagles
