Obituary for ROGER PAUL DOUCETTE
Roger Paul Doucette, 38, of Silver St., Negaunee, passed away Saturday evening, March 13, 2021 at his home under the care of his loving mother and UP Home Health & Hospice.
Roger was born June 22, 1982 in Ishpeming to Robert Doucette and Angela Dobbs, attended Negaunee schools, and was a lifelong area resident. He was previously employed at Econo Foods, Marquette where he worked in the bakery and deli. Roger was a devoted son who was proud to help care for his mother in her time of sickness.
In his spare time, he loved drawing, working on cars, was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed a cold beer.
Surviving are his mother, Angela Kivela; two half-brothers, Mark and Richie Doucette of Ishpeming; uncles, Larry and Joe Dobbs; and special cousins, Cheryl (Dan) Beltz and Dale (Cassie) Herman. He was preceded in death by his father.
Honoring Roger’s wishes, no public services will be held. His family kindly asks that any memorial considerations be directed to his mother at 208 S. Silver St., Apt. 2, Negaunee, MI 49866.
