F Valenti for Betty Fosco

Charlie was living here at the apartments before I got here. We got acquainted and we enjoyed playing cards and bingo. He was a lot of fun. He didn't care if he won or lost. He used to go fishing with his good friend Fran Joki. Charlie was a wonderful person to have as a friend. He was willing to go out of his way to help people. BettyFosco.
