Obituary for DEAN A. HARVEY
Dean Allen Harvey, 56, of Lilac St., Ishpeming, passed away December 3, 2019 at UP Health System in Marquette.
Dean was born September 15, 1963 in Ishpeming to Robert James and Emily Jean (Hendrickson) Harvey and graduated from Westwood High School, Class of 1981. He was a selfless volunteer around the community and worked many handyman and carpenter jobs throughout his working career. Dean loved being in the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Surviving are his mother, Jean Stefaniak of Green Bay; sister, Suzanne Stolebarger of Colorado; two nieces, Kayla Kempfer and Megan (Kempfer) Ramsey; a great-nephew, Matthew Paul Ramsey, and two great-nieces: Emma and Kaylee Ramsey. He was preceded in death by his father.
A Celebration of Dean’s Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 18th at the Ishpeming VFW.
