The Lord must have needed an excellent equipment operator. He sure chose one of the best! I have had the pleasure of working with Vic for many years. Always had a smile and good word no matter the circumstances of the day. Never had a bad day when I was with Vic. I will never forget the day he was assigned a brand spanking new Deawoo 500 wheel loader. It had a radio and air conditioning! What a proud man Vic was!! Vic was a blast to be with and would look for him on various jobs. I truly miss his company on job sites.I really miss him for who he was, honest, humorous, upbeat, skilled and not ashamed to offer assistance and encouragement.

To the Orr Family. I feel profound sorrow for your loss. Victor and I worked together for many years and became good friends. He will be missed. He had such a wonderful sense of humor and I really enjoyed working for him. I would look for him whenever we went into Walmart since that was the one place I would see him after he retired. Cherish the wonderful memories he gave you and the love. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless. Robert Caster
