Condolence From: Paulita & Darryl
Condolence: Our deepest Sympathy to Sherman's Family,
From the first day that Darryl and Sherman were roommates at MCMCF, they became friends.
We bonded from day one, as he was an avid Detroit Tigers fan and also a Green Bay Packer fan. I loved his Tigers blanket and i would tease him he better keep an eye on it., and he would say yay, yah, yah.
I called him the "Chocolate Man', I never seen a man like Chocolate more than us ladies, but Sherman was the exception.
We exchanged many chocolate goodies every week.
His love for his coffee with cream and 2 sugars was at times very frustrating for him, when new gals were on and they didn't get the cream and sugar right, he would voice his dislike and we would get it right for him.
The last couple months it was hard to communicate with Sherman, but I could still get a smile out of him.
Darryl misses him and talks about him on every visit.
RIP Sherman, "Chocolate Man" We miss you!
